Dr. Clara is a phenomenal physical therapist. After years of neglect to an injury and lots of pain, I finally decided to get some dry needling sessions/PT set up. I didn’t know what to expect and I was a tad bit embarrassed for letting the injury get so bad but Clara made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She has been providing me with some education, exercises for home, and so much support! I truly feel like a million bucks after our sessions and I’m so grateful for all the improvement I’ve been seeing/feeling!

Clara is the best! I was hesitant to go to another PT because I had some negative experiences in the past, but I’m so glad I did. She is so creative and attentive. She crafted exercises and stretches that were specific to my injury and needs. My shoulder is much better after seeing her for a few months and I feel like I have the tools to keep it that way. I’m also a believer in dry needling, now! Seriously, she’s great! I’d recommend her to anyone!
